Balogun Ibrahim Tosho is a distinguished individual from Igosun, situated within the Oyun Local Government Area of Kwara State, Nigeria. He is happily married and is a proud father of three children, balancing his family life with his professional commitments. Tosho pursued his academic journey in law at the University of Ilorin, where he specialized in Common and Islamic Law, successfully graduating with a commendable Second-Class Upper Division in 2012. Following his undergraduate studies, he continued his legal education at the Nigerian Law School in Enugu, attending from 2012 to 2013. His dedication and hard work culminated in being called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2013. In his quest for further academic advancement, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in 2021, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning in the field of law.

During his compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program, which took place in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, Tosho was assigned to the Ekiti State Judiciary. His leadership skills were recognized as he served as the Chairman of the Legal Aid Council for NYSC from 2013 to 2014, where he played a pivotal role in providing legal assistance to those in need. Barrister Balogun began his professional journey as a legal practitioner at R. O. Balogun & Co. (Crystal Chamber), located on Taiwo Road in Ilorin. He worked diligently there from 2014 until 2017, gaining invaluable experience. In 2017, Barrister Balogun took a significant step by founding his own law firm, Ibrahim T. Balogun & Co. (Al-Adaby Chambers), where he continues to offer legal services. In addition to his practice, Balogun is deeply committed to the non-profit sector where he actively contributes his legal expertise to various initiatives. Balogun's dedication to both his family and profession reflects his passion for law and social justice.​
